How do I pay for the tour?
For large / corporate groups, payment can be made via ACH, credit card over the phone or digital payment.
For small private tours, payment can be made via credit card over the phone, digital payment or cash at the end of the tour.
A additional processing fee for credit card and digital payments is required..
Do you offer other services for guests?
Yes! Our concierge service includes multi-day experiences, restaurant and hotel recommendations, reservations to attractions, airport transfers and access to Michael via text for suggestions / help for the duration of your stay. Turn your brain off and let a local professional maximize your stay in our beautiful city.
What is the minimum / maximum number of guests you can accommodate?
Two to 150 guests can experience our premium tours.
Are tips included in the fee?
No. Tourism is a service industry and tipping for an exceptional tour is appreciated and appropriate. Tips are accepted as cash, digital payment or credit card at the end of the tour. Thanks!
What is your cancellation policy?
For large group / corporate tours, payment is non-refundable if client cancels within 30 days of the event. Your invoice / contract will specify more details.
For small private tours, the fee is non-refundable if the customer cancels within 72 hours of the tour. Simply call or text Michael at 215-380-0204 to inform him of need to cancel the tour.
Are you able to accommodate guests with mobility issues?
Absolutely. Our tours are customized to your preference and needs.
What kind of vehicle/s are used?
For 2-6 guests, a new model, large luxury model SUV with leather seats, huge sunroof, and a microphone speaker system.
For 7-14 guests, a new, 14-passenger van with roomy, high-top design for comfortable navigation to seats.
For 15 - 150 guests, professional transportation of varying sizes with a professional driver are used.
Do you offer military discounts?
Yes, we offer a 10% military discount for each military personnel on the tour. Thank you for your service.
Can ProTours accommodate families?
Yes! Single or multi-day tours for families are our specialty! ProTours creates itineraries for your family that includes museums, caves, safaris and history tours that cater to all ages and learning preferences.
Does ProTours pick-up and drop-off at my hotel or Airbnb?
Yes. I pick-up and drop-off at any downtown hotel or residence. For guests staying at resorts (JW Marriott, La Cantera, etc) arrangements can be made for pick-up or meeting location. For locals, a safe, free parking lot will be suggested.
Do your food tours accommodate guests with allergies or dietary preferences?
Absolutely. I work with multiple restaurant partners and have access to a range of culinary options that are best for you.
What kind of team building activities does ProTours do for groups?
Any and all. Humorous interviews of guests, “get to know you” games during food tours, axe throwing, glass blowing, etc.
